All services will be outlined in a written agreement between SocialSparkxx and the client. The scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms are agreed upon before initiation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, brand assets, and any required access to platforms (e.g., website CMS, ad accounts, analytics) necessary for project execution. Delays due to incomplete or inaccurate information may impact timelines.

4. Payments & Refunds

Fees are discussed and agreed upon prior to project commencement. Payment terms will be stated in the invoice or service agreement. SocialSparkxx reserves the right to halt services in the event of delayed or incomplete payment.

All payments are non-refundable once the work has begun, unless otherwise stated in the agreement. In case of service dissatisfaction, clients are encouraged to contact us directly for resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, logos, images, and other materials on our website are the intellectual property of SocialSparkxx and may not be copied, reused, or republished without written consent. Any content created for clients will be transferred upon full payment, unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services, SocialSparkxx is not liable for direct or indirect losses, including lost profits or missed opportunities. The client acknowledges that results in digital marketing vary due to multiple external factors beyond our control.

7. Modifications

SocialSparkxx reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the website or services without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
